Mojave Desert Ride - 4th Annual BDR Fundraiser

Join the BDR Team, Members, Ambassadors, and ADV enthusiasts for the Fourth Annual BDR Desert Fundraiser, and help raise funds required to create new routes and preserve riding opportunities for the ADV community.

 

THE FOURTH ANNUAL BDR DESERT FUNDRAISER RIDE TO BE HELD IN YUCCA, AZ

Date: Thursday, May 18 - Sunday, May 21, 2017

Location: The western-themed grounds of the incredible Stagecoach Trails Guest Ranch (we're taking over the whole ranch!), located at 19985 S Doc Holliday Rd, Yucca, AZ, 86438.  

The Ranch is conveniently located 2 hours from the Las Vegas airport; 3,5 hours from the Phoenix airport; and 5 hours from LA.  Its also close to the start of the NVBDR.  Click here for directions

Cost: $785 per person (10% discount for BDR Members).  The price includes all meals, tent camping and RV sites.  Limited number of shared rooms are available at the ranch at an additional cost.  Please call 206-383-6233 to inquire about room reservations.

The ride is limited to 65 riders.

 


Kick off the riding season by exploring the best backcountry trails in the beautiful desert and mountain scenery of Northwest Arizona's Mojave desert.  Glimpse into the past, and experience the real dude ranch where the Old West blends with the new.  Forget about the hustle and bustle of the business world, while you ride, relax, and spend quality time with old friends and new.   

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • A tight-knit and cozy gathering of ADV enthusiasts and industry professionals.
  • A real dude ranch experience, and private use of all ranch facilities, including Swimming pool, Hot-tub and the Frontier Lodge.
  • Restrooms, hot showers, and all modern amenities.
  • Enjoy daily rides through incredible desert country.
  • Fully catered meals through the whole weekend, from Thursday lunch to Sunday breakfast. 
  • Unlimited juices, coffee and tea.
  • Nightly drinks and delicious home-made desserts.
  • Winemaker Dinner on Saturday night, hosted by BDR Member Robert Watkins of Mt. Beautiful Wines.
  • Performance by a Cowboy Singer/Entertainer on one of the nights;
  • Variety of game and entertainement options such as volleyball, billiards, ping pong, archery, hoursebackriding, wagon rides, and more.
  • Nightly camp-fires.
  • Tent, motorhome and trailer camping on site.   (Please specify your preference at time of booking.)  There are no hook-ups, so its considered primitive camping.
  • The BDR team will listen to feedback from the community, discuss the future of the Backcountry Discovery Routes, and brainstorm the possibilities.  
  • Special event mementos.

All motorcycles must be licensed, street legal, and dual-sport or adventure type. Off-road tires, such as TKC80's or comparable are highly recommended. 

 


ROOMS AT THE RANCH

Every room at the guest ranch is air-conditioned; supplied with environmentally friendly soaps, shampoos, lotions and amenities; has a porch with benches, rocking chairs, view of the cactus gardens and mountains.

Tickets to attend the event are $785 per person, and space is limited to 65 guests.
