BDR Partners with NMOHVA to Preserve Riding Opportunities in New Mexico

Jan 24th, 2016

BDR is excited to announce that we have partnered with the New Mexico Off-Highway Vehicle Alliance (NMOHVA) in an effort to jointly promote, protect and preserve backcountry riding opportunities in the state of New Mexico.

NMOHVA is a statewide 501c(3) nonprofit alliance of motorized off-highway vehicle enthusiasts and organizations. Their mission is to promote, protect, and preserve responsible OHV recreation through education, safety training, and responsible land use ethics.  NMOHVA cooperates with public and private interests to protect and preserve public land access and works to ensure a positive future for OHV recreation in New Mexico.

In addition to collaborating on the ongoing promotion and utilization of the New Mexico Backcountry Discovery Route, NMOHVA and BDR will be working together to protect and preserve public land access.  BDR has awarded NMOHVA a $500 grant to help advance this mission.
