The Deadline is December 17, 2025 to reserve your event date and take advantage of this opportunity.
Every year, nearly 100 motorcycle dealerships and clubs across the country host a screening of the newest BDR expedition documentary film. This event can bring hundreds of customers into your showroom in the off-season.
The MTBDR film tour starts with the World Premiere on February 7th in Bozeman, MT, and continues at dealerships and clubs across the country through end of April.
To reserve your screening, please review information below and follow these steps:
- Choose ANY date that works for your dealership between February 8th and April 30, 2026.
- Once you have your date, time and location selected, register your event below.
- On the reservation form provide the details of your event. You will receive an automated confirmation via email. We will follow up shortly after, with supplemental marketing materials you can use to promote your event, including digital flyers, photos, social reels, and other assets.
- Interested in selling BDR maps and merchandise at your event? You will be automatically signed up to purchase select items from the BDR online store for your event at wholesale discounts.

DEALER FILM SCREENING DETAILS
Fee: $500 – [Fully reimbursable by Triumph when required criteria is met]
Includes:
- Rights to show the film at your dealership event.
- Downloadable MTBDR film (1080p .mp4 file).
- Marketing/Social Media Support, including:
- Event flyer with your dealership listed as the host of the event;
- MTBDR promotional images for your online use;
- Social media video reels;
- Film trailer link;
- Event listing on the BDR website;
- Event promotion in the BDR newsletter and on social media channels;
- A local paid social media advertising campaign provided by Triumph Motorcycles;
- BDR Merchandise to sell at your event — wholesale pricing on select BDR-branded items from our online store.
- A potential BDR guest speaker to present at your event (Pending availability of BDR Ambassadors). Dealer to cover the speaker’s travel expenses if needed.
