Allegheny Backcountry Adventure Loop Guided Tour – Intermediate-Expert Tour

The Allegheny Backcountry Adventure Loop (ABAL) is a 5 day, 4 night moto-camping Guided Tour covering diverse western Pennsylvania terrain. Big hilly panorama to dense forest, vista views to river valleys, twisty pavement to dirt roads, small town charms to wilderness. And on this Intermediate-Expert version, 100 miles of trails spread out over the ride including parts of 4 of the 5 ANF OHM Trails and historic rail trails! Our favorite ride in the arsenal, the ABAL was developed over 5 years to find the best the area has to offer!  We will pass through beautiful scenery, historic sites such as ghost towns including camping in one on our last night of the tour, oil relics and old rail lines, small towns with mom-n-pop’s, and a great mix of pavement, gravel, dirt, and 2-track.  Our ABAL Tour has been used by previous adventurers to prepare for tackling a Backcountry Discovery Route (BDR).
