Driftless Wisconsin/Iowa BDR-X

The Driftless BDR-X is a 600-mile loop through a unique geological region in southwest Wisconsin and northeastern Iowa. The name comes from the fact that this area lacked glacial drift. The resulting unglaciated land is covered in countless ridges and valleys so riders constantly gain and lose elevation along the route. The loop centers on the upper Mississippi River at its confluence with the Wisconsin River, offering bridges to cross, abundant river views, and even a ferry over the mighty Mississippi. This route is one of the easier BDR-X routes and will attract riders from nearby Chicago and all across the Midwest.

The Driftless BDR-X is set to release in 2027.
