New Tracks Available for Download

A new version of the Lost Coast BDR-X has been posted labeled BDRX-LostCoastCA-June2026

This update includes a few refinements and a few updates:

SECTION 2:

  • A revision has been made to the original Extension track to Windy Pt Knoll. It has now been split with the last portion designated as ALT Harder
  • This final portion features a fairly steep and rugged descent, which would be nearly impassable to climb back up if wet.
  • Riders can take the EXT track to the 4WD gate to assess the descent and still have a great view of the ocean.

SECTION 5:

  • The previous main route on Shively Road has been reclassified as an optional extension. This is due to seasonal closures and the potential for deep sand near the river.
  • Please note: the seasonal bridge is now installed but will be removed in the fall. Use caution and Ride Respectfully in this area.
  • The new main route follows the 101 with a viewpoint and connecting to Avenue of the Giants.
