Join us for the next BDR Fundraiser Ride Weekend on April 20-23, 2023 in Elephant Butte, NM. Hailed as a “Diamond in the Desert,” it lies directly on the NMBDR, on the largest lake in New Mexico.

BDR IS COMING TO NEW MEXICO!
As always, expect great daily ride options for all skill levels in the Sierra Cuchillo foothills of the Black Range. Depending on any lingering snow, there are trails from 4300′ to 9800′ elevation with amazing scenery and geology, from stark and rugged desert landscapes to high elevation pine forests, including the Chloride Canyon, one of the most talked about BDR sections, with it’s historical mining ruins and ancient petroglyphs, and over 120 rocky stream crossings. Riders are encouraged to take advantage of the location and experience more of this exciting and remote BDR before or after the weekend.
The event will also feature evening presentations and round table discussions with the BDR team and special guests.
Whether you are a long time BDR supporter, new to the BDR, an industry professional or an ADV enthusiast, come ride with us in this special place in New Mexico, and don’t miss the biggest BDR party of the year! Leave the hustle and bustle of the business world behind, come get a taste of Southwestern hospitality while you ride, relax, and spend quality time with old friends and new.
Event proceeds will support the mission of the BDR non-profit organization of creating and preserving off-highway riding opportunities for adventure and dual-sport motorcycles.

*All motorcycles must be licensed, street legal, and dual-sport or adventure type. DOT-legal dual sport/big block knobby tires, such as Motoz Adventure or RallZ or comparable are required.

Tickets to attend the event are $800 per person (10% discount for BDR Annual Supporters).
The price includes all meals, daily self-guided rides and event festivities. Space is limited to 90 guests.

LODGING OPTIONS
- RV only: The Elephant Butte Lake RV Resort (location of event) features a variety of sites and includes 50/30/20 amp, sewer and water hookups. Book directly with the resort by calling 575-744-5996 and mention you are part of the “BDR Group.”
- Hotel Rooms: There are two hotel options across the street from the event. The Elephant Butte Inn features premium and standard, double queen and king rooms. - Additional Lodging Options: The town of Elephant Butte has many vacation rentals available. Check options and availability on Expedia and AirBnB.
BIKE RENTALS
Motorcycle rentals for this event are available through Rogue Moto located in Grand Junction, CO, and Colorado Motorcycle Adventures, located in Denver CO.
Both outfits will deliver rented bikes to the event.
- Rogue Moto offers Yamaha WR250R ($629), XT250 ( $599), Tenere 700 ($729), and Suzuki DRZ400 ($629) bikes.
Fees are out-the-door and include delivery to and from the event, taxes, insurance, and accessories such as soft panniers. Garmin GPS units are available for an extra fee of $45 for the event. Bikes will be available starting at 2 pm on Thursday, April 20, and must be checked back in by 6 pm on Saturday, April 22, 2023.

- Colorado Motorcycle Adventures is offering KTM 890s ($869.00) and BMW 1250GSs ($899.00) for the weekend. Bikes will be available starting at 2 pm on Thursday, April 20, and must be checked back in by 6 pm on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
