Colorado Motorcycle Adventures invites riders to tackle the newly developed Chattahoochee BDR-X – a 350-mile loop showcasing some of the best dual-sport and adventure riding in the scenic north Georgia mountains. This remarkable route weaves through the dense canopy of the Chattahoochee National Forest, blending graded forest roads, primitive two-track trails, and picturesque backcountry pavement.
Along the way, participants will pass through charming mountain towns like Ellijay, Dahlonega, Suches, and Helen, each offering plenty of lodging and camping options. Riders will cross the Appalachian Trail, conquer rugged climbs, navigate twisty pavement, and splash through countless creek crossings. A unique feature of the Chattahoochee BDR-X is its rideability nearly year-round, with the best conditions typically found between March and December, depending on weather and seasonal road closures.
The package includes:
- Professional tour guide and sweep
