This tour offers a perfect blend of twisty back roads & amazing OFF -ROAD routes with breathtaking views, and rich history, ensuring an experience that will leave you with lasting memories.

Historical Insights and Scenic Routes

• Set off from Jackson with your fellow riders, heading towards the start of western BDR route 3 landing on inspiring OFF ROAD trails
• You will ride along sections of the historic Emigrant Trail tracing the path of early pioneers. This trail offers both scenic beauty and a deep sense of history, making it a truly enriching experience

Lakes, Reservoirs, and Twisting Roads

• When we’re ready for some real adventure BMA we’ll head off the beaten path with local trail knowledge headed to the newly established NorCal Backroads Discovery (BDR) section 3. This route is designed for adventure and feature diverse twisty single-lane roads, two-track, and dirt trails designed to test your riding skills and thrill your senses.
• We’ll share an exhilarating ride to Bear River Reservoir. The journey includes single-lane backroads that snake through dense forests and along pristine mountain streams. The reservoir’s clear waters and tranquil setting provide an ideal spot for a relaxing break. Then we will head towards Salt Springs Reservoir, navigating the winding roads that lead to this hidden gem. The reservoir’s deep blue waters and surrounding granite cliffs create a stunning backdrop for some great photographs.
• We will conclude each day’s ride with a scenic journey through the backcountry and arrive back at the Amador Motel for a well-deserved rest. Enjoy a delicious dinner provided as part of the tour, while sharing stories and experiences with fellow riders.
