Rally for Rangers USA – Black Hills 2024
Join the second Rally for Rangers event in the USA from September 18-22, 2024, in the stunning Black Hills at Custer State Park, SD. This exclusive event, limited to 30 riders, features routes through single-track, gravel, and paved roads, including parts of the Black Hills South Dakota BDR-X, supporting park rangers of the Oglala-Sioux Parks, the Northern Cheyenne Conservation Rangers, and the Black Hills National Forest.
After three awesome days of riding the event culminates Saturday evening with a ceremony to donate new gear and equipment to the rangers, purchased with funds raised by rally participants. From night-vision gear to chainsaws, GPS units, kevlar vests, and potentially a side-by-side for patrol in rugged terrain, these contributions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the rangers as expressed on their wish-list.
Basecamp for the event will be at the Group Camp at Stockade South Campground in Custer State Park, where tent camping is available for up to 50 people. Riders wishing to stay in the regular campground with hook ups or in the host motel Chalet Motel are responsible for their own accommodations.
Riders can bring their own bike or rent on-site from Rogue Moto, quantities limited, first come first served. Contact [email protected] for pricing and availability. See the Rogue Moto fleet for options and their other offerings.
